What an employee really costs, before you hire

01Problem

Before making a job offer it's hard to know what that person will really cost the company and what they'll actually take home: between contract, contributions, taxes, severance and extra monthly payments, the maths is done by hand or not at all.

02Solution

Costo Personale, a tool in the FormaliaSuite suite: pick the contract level and type, set part time and any extra pay, and in three steps you get the employee's net pay and the total cost for the company, item by item. Inverse mode starts instead from the amount you want to offer.

  • Base pay and cost-of-living allowance fill in automatically from level and contract
  • Part time and extra pay included in the calculation
  • Three-step summary: gross, taxable income, income tax, monthly and yearly net pay
  • Monthly and yearly company cost: employer contributions, severance and accruals
  • Inverse mode, PDF export and request history
  • Private access with a code
