Aria

The stock at Scaravelli, a restaurant in Mantua, lived across spreadsheets, supplier price lists and manual counts: prices always needed re-checking and every stocktake took hours.

A custom inventory and stock management app with Aria built in: a voice assistant you simply talk to. Tap, ask, and the app answers and gets it done.

• Catalogue built from a dataset of about 5,300 products and 60 suppliers
• Price history for every product
• Prices synced automatically between catalogue and stocktake sessions
• Tap-to-talk voice assistant: voice by ElevenLabs, reasoning by Claude
• Ask Aria to add or remove products, check stock or search the catalogue, by voice or in writing
• Dashboard with items moved, stock value at purchase price and categories
• Multiple stores or departments, switched with one click
• Inventory table with value per item, search, filters, export, camera and stocktake sessions

It now runs the stock of 3 stores in the same group, each with its own inventory, from a single app. The software is mine and is licensed to FormaliaSuite.
