In many companies attendance, leave requests and expense claims travel through spreadsheets, emails and messages: hard to keep track of for HR and slow to approve.

A complete HR app I designed and built: employees clock in with their own QR badge (tablet or reader) and submit requests and expenses, while HR sees everything in a calendar and approves with one click. One platform runs multiple companies.

• Timesheet and calendar by month or week: hours per employee, holidays, sick leave, permits, remote work, business trips and overtime, with export
• Requests to approve: see who else is off in the same period, leave a note, approve or reject; undecided ones expire automatically
• Expense claims per employee with receipts, reimbursed and pending amounts
• Customisable QR badges with company name, colours and patterns
• 3D chart of hours worked: regular hours, overtime, permits and absences for the whole month
• Employee area and HR manager area, multi-company management
