Online course attendance registers, course edition reports and absence files were prepared by hand every month, copying data from Zoom, Excel and the employee registry.

Orbit: a single password-protected HTML file that also works offline and gathers the automations in one hub. You upload the source file and in a few steps the finished document comes out.

• Modello B: PDF attendance registers for each session, from Zoom participant CSVs, digitally signed and compliant with the Lombardy Region template
• Course edition report: one Excel per course edition, automatically linked to the employee registry via tax code
• Absences: the absence and make-up file fills itself in with tax code and hiring date
• Step-by-step wizard, CSV files in Italian and English
• A single file, password access, works even without internet

About 20 hours of manual work saved every month on attendance registers, course reports and absence files. The software is mine and is licensed to FormaliaSuite.
